nah they wont fight anymore, Orochimaru will stop the fight. then Sasuke Will Kill Orochimaru and Free two other prisoners and a girl to help kill itachi, whihc he eventually does (cause Itachi wants to steal his eyes) and Tobi is acutally uchiha Madara, The true leader of the Akatsuki

tobi ain´t no Uchiha Madara. I think he´s obito, the one who gave his sharingan to kakashi and kakashi knows it now. as you remember from the last manga, tobi had only one eye. Madara probably has two since he took both eyes from his brother. Tobi probably copied the fourths teleportation since he was his underling and the forth was famous for it. its only appropriet for kakashi to take care of tobi now. theres definately a great story behind it. i´m waiting for the next manga and the ones who dont read it yet, start doing so. it´s so much fun.

one more thing. tobi being obito and all - how is he still alive when he died in that gave after it fell on him. well, i´ve got an idea. after kakashi and the others left the gave obito found his sharingan and copied the forths teleportation and got out of that gave. bretty reasonable dont you thik. explains tobi being obito.

one more reason why tobi can´t be uchiha madara. as you remember from the previous, tobi joined the akatski after sakura killed sasori. Tobi is wearing sasoris ring and all. there´s no way tobi can be uchiha madara, since amdara actually established akatski. the one thing ramains - who really is madara, have we seen him before already or is he still behind the curtains somewhere. pain is more likely to be madara than tobi thats for sure.

partypooper was right about tobi being madara the true leader of akatsuki.. coz ive already read the manga..its already 395ep. as of 2day..
btw,itachi died during his encounter with his brother sasuke… but,take note sasuke didnt actualy kill itachi.. itachi just pass out on his own..**another spoiler** ^_^

Tobi is actually Madara, it is revealed in the manga, when he gives orders to Pain. The appearance Tobi ‘has’ is, I think, used for deceiving the others. Taken from wikipedia:
‘After Tobi’s encounter with Sasuke Uchiha, he is shown giving orders to Pain, until then the ostensible leader of Akatsuki. During their conversation, he refers to himself as Madara Uchiha.[9] Madara created Akatsuki as a means to hide himself from the world, using their activities to disguise his own plans. As Madara, Tobi’s personality and speech become completely different, with much less formal diction and a more typically ‘villainous’ arrogance. It seems, however, that he still has some vested interest in maintaining the illusion of himself as the carefree Tobi, as he reverts to this personality upon encountering a group of Konoha ninja.’
