    I don’t see how this show prospered…not to mention having three hundred and forty-nine episodes…waste of time and effort.

    Would be unwise to judge so quickly, it becomes much better if you watch with patience and enjoy for however long this style lasts. The fights get better, longer, more epic and it gets funnier and less childish.

    Wouldn’t underestimate the anime because of the first few dozen episodes

    As someone who has seen all 351 episodes I seriously consider this my favorite. It is the most intelligent and funniest of the on-going series currently… Naruto, D Gray Man, and Bleach included. It does take it awhile but One Piece firmly breaks out of the same cliched shiza that weighs down most shows (endless action scenes, nothing new for someone who has seen a lot of anime).

    What you failures need to realize is that this anime is 9years old and still running. Obviously the art isn’t going to be that great 9 years ago when these first episodes came out…the animation is really good in the later episodes

    this is the best anime ever made. I’ve seen dozens of anime’s and i’ve got to say that this one beats them all. Story wise, it has made my jaw drop, and literally say outloud “holy shit” its at 354 episodes now, everyone should watch this anime, it is AMAZING.

    im not a fanboy, but there aren’t many filler episodes and the fillers actually contribute to the main storyline because its such a big adventure.

    ONE PIECE 4 LIFE! debate against me and ill verbally own you. :)

    uh.. I’ll be honest, all these morons downgrading this anime are probably mostly Death Note and CG fans :/ I’ll be honest, I’ve seen all those shows and this one has a far more intricate plot than any other anime of its genre. Go suck it, if you disagree.
